warehouse manager
Full Time: Monday- Friday 8:30-5:30 Saturdays 8:00-5:00

Job Description
- Must be able to work in a cold environment for hours
- Ability to stay organized
- Operate heavy packaging equipment
- Clean and sanitizing often
- Keeping detailed records of inventory
- On your feet 8 hours a day
- Calculating basic mathematic equations (Adding, subtracting, dividing and multiplying)
- Lifting anywhere from 30-50 lb. boxes
- In charge of properly identifying different cuts of meat and following specific instructions (This will vary customer to customer)
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50-pound boxes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic mathematical skills
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- A keen attention to detail
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

Famers Market Associate: Part Time to Full Time
Tuesday (Petaluma) 8:30am 5:30pm
Saturdays (Santa Rosa) 7:00am-3:30pm

Job Description
- Set up and break down the stand, maintain a clean work area and complete grasp of inventory control
- Selling product & attracting regular customers by presenting the brand/products.
- Fill customers order
- On your feet 8 hours a day
- Handling small and large amounts of cash sale and credit/debit cards
- Participates in share of warehouse everyday duties
- Mostly working alone, but often as a team member
- At times you will have to think on the spot and make sound and efficient decisions
- Will be lifting 50-75 lb. boxes and coolers
- Will have to enter walk in freezers often throughout the day
- Vehicle will be provided to attend the markets
- Might also be asked to work inside the shop handling raw meat.
- Attendance is a must for Tuesdays and Saturdays
- Must adhere to State and Federal food safety policies and regulations
Qualifications
- Must be 25+
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Must present an active Food Handlers Card at the time of acceptance of job offer
- Good time management and ability to work alone
- Outgoing/Interactive personality.

Meat Cutter
Full Time: Monday- Friday 8:30-5:30 Saturdays 8:00-5:00

Job Description
- Breaking and cutting of whole carcasses (Beef, pork, lamb, wild game etc.)
- Cutting, grinding and slicing meats
- Prepare special cuts of meat as ordered by customers
- On your feet for 8 hours a day
- Lifting anywhere from 40-60 lbs.
- Fostering and encouraging a positive environment of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect, and exceptional morale
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment
- Exposure to hot and cold temperatures
- Bending, twisting, squatting and reaching
- Hand use: Single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- Possess the ability to handle high stress and volume
- Prepare meat into forms ready for cooking using a variety of actions, including boning, tying, grinding, cutting and trimming
- Shape, lace, and tie roasts, using a boning knife, skewers, and twine
- Adhering to State and Federal food safety policies and regulations
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment to ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation requirements
Qualifications
- Must be able to handle a knife
- Reliable and dependable; ability to follow direction
