Bud’s Custom Meats offers a variety of pork—fresh, smoked, or marinated. From bacon and pork chops to our award-winning hams and baby back ribs, our meats are juicy and filled with delicious flavor.
Some of the best lambs in the country are raised in Sonoma County on open pastures. Bud’s Custom Meats is known for the quality of its meat and humane processing practices.
We have Sonoma select fryers, fresh turkey, duck, quail and pheasant—all of the highest standard. An assortment of chicken and marinated chicken cuts, smoked poultry, and smoked fish is also available in our retail country store.
Matt Gamba, owner of Bud’s Custom Meats, is a jerky connoisseur who has been creating from-scratch recipes at his butcher shop since 1975. Cowboy Candy, Bloody Mary and Peppered Venison are but a few of our tried-and-true selections.
SAUSAGES & GRINDS
Our sausages and grinds include beef, pork, lamb, chicken, and more. There are no fillers in our sausages, and we offer a delightful selection of gluten-free sausages like chicken apple, chorizo, and linguisa. Pure goodness!
WILD GAME & EXOTIC MEATS
You can choose from such favorites as venison, elk, buffalo, kangaroo and alligator. Wild boar, rabbit, quail, pheasant, and duck are also available in our retail country store.
Specialty and holiday meats abound—fantastic prime ribs, tender legs and racks of lamb, top quality turkeys, and award-winning smoked hams—prepared on the premises using owner Matt Gamba’s famous marinades and rubs.
