Some of the best lamb in the country is raised in Sonoma County on open pastures. Bud’s Custom Meats is known for the quality of its meat and humane processing practices.

We offer pasture-raised, grain-finished lamb. Our 100% grass-fed lamb is available in the summer months. Like all of our meats, our lamb is antibiotic and hormone free.

We’re proud of our lamb sausages, including merguez, a classic spicy lamb sausage of North African or Middle Eastern cuisine, and our enticing lamb interpretation of a classic sweet Italian sausage.
