Matt Gamba, owner of Bud’s Custom Meats, is a jerky connoisseur who has been creating from-scratch recipes at his butcher shop since 1975.
We’re known for our tantalizing jerky and snack sticks handcrafted using only the highest quality beef, grass-fed beef, pork, venison, wild boar, and buffalo. Our meats are trimmed of fat, sliced, and bathed in a mouth-watering sweet and tangy marinade for three to four days, then racked and dried in our wood-burning smokehouses. Our grass-fed beef jerky contains salt, pepper and garlic.
